Long time, no talk
Holy moley, kids!
It's been a long time since I've made a post!
The move went spectacularly, and I've been churning out work like mad. As a result, I'm taking a break once I complete the remainder of my orders for the autumnal season. I will make a post when I begin taking orders again, but right now if you'd like a corset, I can add you to the queue in the list.

At any rate, here are some pictures of my latest piece.

It's my version of the infamous "Pink Chantilly" corset. The pattern is a Victorian re-draft, the fabric is silk dupioni in a gorgeous pale pink colour (which looks a bit washed out in these pix due to my lack of photo-manipulation software at the moment), with black Solstiss chantilly lace partial overlay. The top is bound in silk taffeta, and the front sports a cute little silk taffeta bow, which I copied from one of my antiques. The ends of the bones are flossed with black cotton flossing.

It sports a 21" waist fully closed, and is very, very comfortable, if I do say so myself!
